I don't know how good the rifle is. Bought it as a Christmas gift but the battery charger wire was not connected to the terminal. I have been trying
to reach customer support both by email and phone but no one has responded to three emails and I end up on hold every time I call with no live person
picking up the call. My son is dying to try the rifle but with no charge he is out of luck. There is no information in the box telling you how to
handle product defects. This rifle was new, not purchased as refurbished. So far I am really disappointed.
